Our Beachhouse is located directly on the beach of Budoni Matta é Peru with private access to the beach. You can reach the sea directly through the private 2,000 square meter pine forest.
The beach of Matta é Peru is partly a natural beach, partly in season including maintenance and care.
The house is completely renovated for your perfect stay in Sardegna.
The bathroom renewed, all furniture incl. mattresses new, air conditioning, new kitchen, mosquito screens on all windows etc. etc.
It will be the TOP location directly by the sea. There are only a few houses in Sardinia so close to the beach and the sea!
Perfect for families with up to 6 people (4 adults, children) , dogs welcome.

The house has 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1.8m and 1.6m wide. 1 pirate's nest with bunk bed ideal for 2 children. 1 bathroom with shower & WC, another shower and WC outside. 2 terraces.
Large living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen with
dishwasher, oven and gas hob, fridge, crockery etc. Air
conditioning, mosquito screens on all windows and doors.
Private parking directly at the house. 2,000 square meters of
pine forest with hammocks and barbecue (only electric due to
risk of forest fire!).
The sea is only a few meters away directly on the beach. The
beach is partly natural with seaweed, by the way, seaweed is
not a weed, but keeps the climate of the sea active.
A few meters further to the right is a beach that is maintained
and cared for during the season. Even in the high season, it is
not overcrowded here. There is a hotel with a pool and other
activities nearby. There is a pizzeria in the village.
Shopping etc. directly in Budoni, only a few minutes away by
car. Here you can really relax in a private atmosphere, your
children can run around in the pine forest to their heart's
content. Dogs are allowed by prior arrangement. Dogs are
possible by arrangement (but please not in the bedrooms) and
the lively towns of Budoni and San Teodoro can be reached
within a few minutes by car. Olbia approx. 30 minutes. Costa
Smeralda approx. 60 minutes.
